Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
  • Door code will be provided via email once all payments have been made, and it will be resent a week before your stay.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets: The pet fee is $100 per dog.
    • There is a 2-dog maximum. (Note: source data maxPets is 99; see conflicts)
    • We only allow dogs.
    • You will need to bring a crate.
    • Do not leave your pets at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
    • The pet fee is non-refundable.
    • Please clean up after your pets.
    • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
    • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Fees and Payments

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Additional fees may apply if extra cleaning, repairs, or flea treatment are required due to pets.
  • Vacay Protection:
    • Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
    • Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
    • 24-hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance at the property, call us and our team will assist you at no additional charge.

  • Free parking is available. The cabin is accessible by motorcycle or vehicle, with level parking for two cars.
